Turning Toward the Other with Movement and Music
The 8th collaboration with International Contemporary Dance professional Miriam Engel from A'ngela Dance Company. The concert at Holtschneider Performance Center features music composed by Bach, Philip Glass, and Ilya Levinson.
Work includes Three Turns a duet to original music for flute, violin, viola, and cello, inspired by a brilliant relationship concept from Drs. John and Julie Gottman, TRUST a solo danced blindfolded holding fresh flowers accompanied by pianist Leo Radosavljevic, Unflappable 12 dancers to Arvo Part's Spiegel im Spiegel played by master cellist Steven Balderston, and innovative solo work by Engel.

A piece about transforming darkness into light selected as one of ten companies performed in the 2024 Harvest Chicago Community Dance Festival at Ruth Page Center is danced by Elijah Richardson and Brodie Wolf with violinist Ben Koenig.
in-to light Dance, Dialogue, and Storytelling
Hosted by DePaul University Mission and Ministry, DePaul University students gathered to watch Richardson, Wolf, and Koenig perform the piece twice with dialogue in between about their way of bringing light in this interfaith event.
Connecting Souls Through Music and Dance
Miriam Engel collaborated with Kahn in their 7th DePaul campus event where students observed and discussed her choreography and performance of Two Lonely People done in Bulgaria.
Aldegunda
Kahn choreographed this original operatic piece performed by mezzo-soprano Viktoria Vizin with music by Peter Zombola from Hungary about the stages of trauma. First, at Jarvis Opera Theatre, the work was also performed in Hungary.
Award-winning dance professor, Director of Dance at DePaul University and productive choreographer, Lin Batsheva Kahn created this performance group of emerging and established musicians and dancers who inspire audiences with innovative staged and filmed site specific pieces.
Her multi-artistic work around themes of human significance has been called stunning, striking, substantial.
